Which warranty applies
Products differ in construction, materials and intended use. The specific written warranty stated on the product page, manual, quote or order confirmation controls. If no different written warranty is provided, Grayspire LLC warrants the product to the original residential purchaser against material defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery.
Making a claim
Email support@wessnew.com with the order number, SKU, explanation of the issue, photographs or video, product labels and the date the issue was discovered. For structures, we may reasonably request assembly, foundation, anchoring, maintenance and site-condition information. Stop using an unsafe product.
Available remedies
After assessment, the appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting, missing or replacement parts, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. The remedy depends on the nature and severity of the problem, product age, availability, repair feasibility and applicable law. Approved shipping costs are covered when required by the warranty or law.
What is not covered
Unless an item-specific warranty says otherwise, coverage excludes normal wear; ordinary fading, weathering, patina or wood checking; cosmetic variation in natural materials; corrosion caused by salt or chemicals; consumable parts; misuse; commercial use of a residential product; improper storage or maintenance; incorrect assembly; inadequate anchoring; unstable foundations; unauthorized modification; storm, wind, snow overload, flood, fire, pests or other external damage; and failure to follow instructions or local codes.
Installation and consequential costs
Do not install a product that appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Labor, permits, foundations, landscaping, crane hire, contractor fees and removal costs are not covered unless expressly included in the written warranty or required by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
This warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded. Eligible EU consumers may have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or misdescribed goods. Australian consumers may have non-excludable guarantees and rights to repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. U.S. state law may provide additional implied-warranty or remedy rights.
